Each state is different in how to apply and what they require from applicants. We highly suggest looking up your state or the state you wish to buy in before beginning the process. QLD | NSW | ACT | VIC | TAS | WA | NT | SA
For a typical Home Loan application we don’t charge a fee. We are paid a commission by the bank when a loan has been settled.
The State where the property is to be purchased is where the grant will apply. For example, living in NSW but buying in QLD means you will fall under the QLD scheme.
Both parties must not have received the grant previously to be eligible, on a broad basis. However, you may still be eligible if other criteria apply.
